Milk Tanks
A milk tank or milk cooler consists of an inner tub and an outer, made of stainless steel food grade. The direct expansion tank, welded on the inside, has a system (evaporator) of plates and tubes in which circulates refrigerant gas (R22). That gas absorbs heat from the liquid contained in the tub (milk). Direct expansion tanks are delivered with a compressor and condensing a grid which also circulates refrigerant gas. The same principle as a refrigerator / freezer (compression refrigeration).
Wide variety of models:
- Single or thermal
- With or without recirculation of ice water
- For different products besides milk: water, oils, wines, soft drinks, juices and / or also processes Bio-diesel
